The recent results were not good but I think they were decent. I did what I could with limited time and I will try to manage our NT for another term. To be honest, I do some scouting, sometimes not enough, but I don't build the team for the future. I don't do what it takes to help our NT to grow and we may lack inside players in the coming years. I won't be able to do more than what I previously did. If you think it's not enough, don't vote for me. That being said, I welcome criticism and I'm willing to change things. The constraint I have is limited time.
