I am an experienced manager, 15 years playing since 2008, I played in Spain Div. I, runner up in Cup and League ACBB a couple of times. I also have an utopia team, and I won Heaven once and Runner Up in Cup a couple of times.
Last two seasons I was Malta U21 Coach and I have a great experience. I had not too many useful players, so I tried to build a base for next generations. In next season we have not any elite player, but a nice 8-10 players, and the next generation (20 yo now) seems to be a good one.
I text all managers and make some training recommendations, not only for U21 team, also for NT because is losing potential and needs young blood urgently.
I am also trying to recover some interesting players from teams about to be BOTs, and acquiring for my Utopia team.
I hope to be Coach again and continue working on the project I already started.
