Setting aside whether it's good or bad, I think your idea is very creative.
The following lists some differences from the current training system.
- When training future main players with 1- position training, you originally had to choose between training two players or three players, but the new method removes this requirement.
- In the situation where the team has only 5 main players,
when training 2 current main players (using 26-year-old as an example) with 1- position training, you originally had to pay the price of slightly more playtime per week (one game with 48+ minutes and another as a regular starter) in order to maintain competitiveness in matches.
However, the new method eliminates this cost.
- A player can still receive full training while being injured on the court (for example, playing only 1 minute).
