Not sure why the Utopian training update time keeps changing and getting later? Usually 7:20pm...today it is 10:20pm. Why the later time...again?

For my Utopia-Team, the update should happen in about 7 minutes. Hasn't changed at all..(only because of difference because of daylight saving times in Europa and USA) ...

After I posted, the time was change from 10:20pm (my time) to 6:20pm (my time)
