i have experience in NT leading and i won a silver medal some seasons ago with Italy Sub 21 team
i thin Cheska has a strong team , maybe a little bit "old". I would like to work with you managers on both side, being competitive in next tournament and develop a training program for your players to be stronger in next seasons
