It would be important that a player, in order to be considered for the award needs to play at least 16+ (or 18+ ?) games … 16 would take an injury into account, but I personally like 18 better…Those games must be meaningful. I won't give any award to the rookie to the year who plays only scrimmages.So at least 50% as a starter in league games should be the prerequisite condition.
