No bug. Just bankruptcy. All his players went to transfer market same way. Even when you have listed your player for sale before economy update, the starting prices will be automatically changed to minimum in case of bankruptcy.

Wow, nice catch!

Still, maybe the "Starting price" message should be updated, when the starting price itself is reset to minimum.
