How much less training do you get from types that are minimum 2 position vs those that give you the option to train only 1 position?

Let's say I'm trying to prioritize a young high potential guard. Is there any reason to be training 1 on 1 - Guards or am I better off sticking to Ball Handling - PG?

To my understanding, one on one give sub-levels to offensive skills (ie: jump shot, and if you train forwards, inside shot), whereas su level training on ball-handling distributes more toward defensive skill (ie: outside def) and passing.

Also worth noting, it depends whether your primary focus is handling or driving- one on one is for driving, but the two are tied closely together to where training one supports the growth of the other.
