He will be an important peace of the under 21 National team for sure with some minimum training..
He's potential is more than enough in my opinion for a Small Forward, 100k salary can be a beast!

Well, I'm not talking just to get rid of my player eheh, not saying you can't be right too but...I got some experience on this game, and I've seen 90k salary Perennial allstars already.

Here u can see the formulas (http://buzzerbeater.wgz.cz/rubriky/salary-formula) whatever this is worth xD

And here u got a player with 35 and still 82k salary (after loosing lots of skills, since he's on the 3rd year with skill loss)

One of those two just popped to a total skillset 10 = 116. And hes a reserve player at the SF position. The other one is a defensive beast with a unique build.
Manon is right, you cant make a NT SF with that kind of potential. Im all for selling arguments but an eventual buyer should know he wont be a NT player, no matter how awesome you build him. Even superstar potential is risky if you want a NT player, the two we have on the roster now are very well built but could nevertheless loose their places next season, we got some MVPs coming up that look promising.

... He should however, have good chances to make the U21 roster so that part I agree on.
