My suggestion is simple as we have a Player Salaries Floor, we should have a salary cap, this salary cap should be calculated based on a percentage of the Player Salaries Floor of each respective league.

For example, in our league in Venezuela it is: $572,659, the salary cap should be 60% higher than the Player Salaries Floor.

$ 572 659 + $343 595 (60% Player Salaries Floor) = $916 254 Salary Cap.

With this adjustment, the big nations are going to have a higher salary cap than the medium and small nations, but they are no longer going to have it so easy to win by gathering only stars, this will add more excitement to the making of the team and is restricted to the teams that were doing tanking for years.

Or maybe a possibility for the seller to define "sell immediately"-price?

The bidding system has practical problems when buying, but I think it is the one that ensures the most transparency, since anyone in the game with the money can bid. And replying to Shane24, that the time is being postponed is part of any bidding system, perhaps it could be shortened from 3 to 2 minutes, to make it less exhausting.

In your propose (JeriSlouni), two teams could agree to sell a player at very undervalued or overvalued prices. In any case, it would be not very transparent, and if we used as reference the estimates prices, sadly sometimes are ridiculous values.

in the BBM ranking point there should be the positions ,and my team should be highlighted either in bold or with a different line color. I have to use text search to find it and I don't even understand if I'm at the 200 or 400 position

On the ads in the transfer list and the recommender system in the "Manage my team" page, if a player has been bid on by someone, make a mark on it (change the color or add a note).

Players who have been bid on should be distinguished from those who haven't since the latter has a much higher chance to be overpriced.

These days, I am seeing some people trying to exploit the bidding system by trying to make the starting price "one bid above a whole value", such as 102000=100k+2%, or 255000=250k+2%. People who somewhat know how the bidding system works and seeing from the ads might have a misconception that the player is worth the price and bidding by multiple managers, click into it and contribute to the page view. While the other players clicking into the player page by a search with an abnormally high page view might have a misconception that the player is worth the price.

I think such an exploit is the same in meaning as clickbait.

my suggestion should be for the finals what they can do is have a championship logo in the middle of the court that way it looks like an actual championship game

Adding an arrow to indicate XP pops as it is with the rest of the skills would be nice.
