Your player is still better being exhausted than the substitute would be, hence no substitute. GE cant look ahead to see it would still be the better option to substitute. All based on my assumptions of the GE.

Hi,

at forum rules it says: "Player advertising out of the specific threads."

Is there a detailed guide anywhere on what skills at what positions contribute to team ratings?

I read the part of the manual on ratings and I noticed, for example, that it doesn’t say guards contribute to inside scoring or defense. So are these skills useless on guards? C/PF aren’t listed in offensive flow. Do they need passing?
