Thanks for you reply. I will only tell you what I know and what I can see, I did check the players of the Uruguayan NT and i can see players with very high salaries, salaries similar with players from other national teams. However Uruguay is ranked only 73 which is VERY VERY LOW. So I repeat, I can't see the skills of the players that are playing at the National team of Uruguay but I can see that they are not bringing any results. Dutra surely is too weak of a player to play in the top national teams or even the national teams that follow the top ones, but I wonder how come he can't play at the number #73 NT ?

Last thing that I will drop is that Dutra definitely can put the ball in the basket. It will need top defenders to stop him.
