I want to be the NT manager of Rep. Dom again for the next two seasons.
The last two seasons were promising. We had some wins, tough losses with only a small margin and some progress with our young players.
I want to aim for a better development of our team, we need more trained players and a high GS. Ruiz showed last season, what is possible and broke the All Time record for points in a single season. A team with well trained players could achieve far more than currently.
I hope you will support me for the next seasons and let us find a way to improve the NT.
