If you take a look at Canada's I.1 standings page for Season 2, then take a look at the MVP voting, you'll see that no-one appears to have recieved a first-place vote. By vague recollection and a little detective work, I think I found the player who was probably the unanimous choice, Sammy Giroux: (679635) Note also that Giroux does not appear in the Season 2 scoring or assist leaders.

Looking back at Season 1 as well, it looks like only teams that are currently in a particular series are represented in the historic MVP voiting and leaders. Sounds like the queries in question need fixing.

I know this still isn't fixed for Seasons 1 and 2, and I strongly suspect that people are going to freak out when they go to look at the MVP voting for Season 3. So just a heads up, and also a semi-bump to hopefully keep people from opening a duplicate bug for something already brought up a long time ago.

Could we, the regular players, know on what is MVP voting based on? As i see in some leagues the winner is from a team that dropepd out in the first round.

I have won the play-offs in season 3. My SG which was league leader in scoring, isn't even on the mvp voting list. Looks a bit strange to me.

What about a Finals MVP then?
