1. Your players haven't played any games - they need to play at least 48 minutes for full training, and if your players don't play any minutes, they can't be trained.

2. You haven't gotten to Friday yet. You get training updates on Fridays, and only Fridays.

Aside from having not played any games and it not having been Friday when you originally posted this, I'd just like to add that you might want to consider training your 18 y/o, $ 5 411 salaried, sevenfooter. He doesn't have super high potential, but his height and starting salary make him a decent prospect for a first trainee.

He doesn't have any other big men to train whatsoever, so I would sell the 18yo directly, and buy 1-2 guards (18yo at least allstar) for the money, and start training guards. Get a lvl4 trainer. Try to get 48min every week for all trainees.

I would invest in some big men rather than guards. His/her guards are absolutely useless from looking at size/age/salary/potential. His/her big man is his only even remotely reasonable trainee imo.

Either way I think we can agree on two things:
1) She/He needs to do something with that big man (sell or train)
2) She/He needs additional, better trainees at whatever position he decides to train

I would also suggest getting a level 4 trainer. It really helped my training.

Well I disagree. The guards are not trainable for many seasons, but for one season with a decent trainer he should get maybe about 500k for everyone of them, and then be able to buy really good trainees and take it from there. I think that would be as good a start to the "franchise" as to try to get super trainees right away. He won't get any money for the young guards now to buy big man trainees, so this would be my advice.

Edit: Let's agree on those.:)
