Ok I've read about the training but i still have a question....when i submit my starting lineup then i choose who i want to train out of the starting lineup.....my question is could i submit my starting lineup as my SG playing PF so that i could train both posts and then right after friday training is done switch the starting lineup back to where my SG is now playing his normal position and would it still keep the training that i did with him and my center?

You train posititons, every player who gets 48 minutes playing at the positions you train, he´ll receive completely training that week. If you train PF-C and you put a SF as PF 48 minutes, he ´s gonna be trained, but you take a little risk, the player position could be changed.
Training less positions is more productive.

For those players - yes. For your team - it depends.

be aware if his tinking to train only 2 players at 2 positions or 4 players at 2 positions

please make a diference between Players and positions

if you are going to train PF/C position no matter how many players you make to play in those positions, but make sure they play 48 mins

so number of players no matters, matters number of positions

No need to reply to "me" with such a notoriety.
