I just saw a new team who started out with four hofs. Has this happened to anyone else that started out.

I started out with 2 or 3, but it really doesn't matter unless they are trainable...mine were not.

Same here. I had one but he was already 27. Only 3 players from my original roster are in my main 8 man rotation .... totally luck of the draw.

I didn't keep a single one of the players I started with. None were trainable and none had salary above $3300... I wish it new team generation were a little less random. Something like 3 players guaranteed below 20yo with potential, 6 guys who could reasonably start for a new team, and then the rest as random?

Wow, I only have 1 man from my original roster. Everyone else was sold off to purchase the guys that I do have now.

It is a bit random. I only have 4 of the original players, and 3 of them are on the bubble. The 4th was a pretty decent 21 year old that I have trained, but I'm afraid he has hit his ceiling. I have seen teams randomly generate 7k salary players.

I wouldn't mind having more standard start up players, but it really doesn't matter. Luck of the draw is an interesting fold and really doesn't impact the team 3 years down the road. It may give you a *slight* advantage over another team starting out, but if you play properly a poor draw won't really hinder you.
