What's the best defense to stop "Push the Ball"?

depnds on you and the opponent strength, try to match the opponents ratings.

Man to man would be the ovious choice, because it have like push the ball, no special stregth and weakness. But for example if you play against an team with strong inside player and weak outside players, also a 2-3 could make sense ;)

I've always liked using the 2-3 against PTB, because if you have tough interior defenders/rebounders, the PTB should struggle since they'll be driving to the basket with their SF and PF. I feel it also slows the PTB down some since my experience with PTB has been an increased pace. Playing MTM leaves you at risk of having your tough interior defenders out of position.

before the new GE i would agree with you, that a 2-3 Zone was very good because of the plus of defensiv rebounds with the new ge i have the feeling that the outside defence broke down pretty hard and i got sometimes problems with Look Inside teams who start to hit lot of threes.

So i would only try it vs. an inside based team, today.
