After reading through the rules - I noticed the rules mention coaching rating. Is this rating still viewable or has it been removed. Thanks

Yes this was removed pretty early, because the result was awful, and it seems good for the reputation for a coach to start with wrong tactics and loose the game :)

You only see it in the ASD today.
