I have 3 players on center position...2 of them already have 60-70 minutes of play, so I didn't choose any of those two to play...altough they're in the selected players list, but none of them are in the starters, backups or reverse list...and guess what... they're playing right now, and the player I wanted to have minutes today are sitting on the bench...is it normal, or just an annoying bug?

If you didn't want them to play, they should not have been amongst the selected players list.

However, someone else will have to give a more detailed answer on why they are in the game.

Depth chart until 4th (I wrote the comment during the 3rd quarter)

and why I put them in the selected players? had no idea whether I have to select 12 players for a game, or it is just adviced, and If I'm brave enough I could even select 5 players, too... but still the question stays...

If you select only five players there will be some lucky fans that are allowed to play. There is a minimum amount of players that you have to pick. Last game I had eight designated players and no lucky fans got to play.

Sometimes I think, sometimes I don't

I also selected 10 players once, and notice 2 players I didn't select for the game where added in the game anyway.
They also didn't play in that game, but they where on the bench nonetheless.

I supose if you leave open spots, they are filled in with these 'random' players .

I think that if you select the players you want, and fill up all posible postions, subs and reserves as well, with these players, the extra players who go along will have real hard times seeing playtime.
If you leave a spot open, and the one comming along is real good (better than the rest) your coach might decide to use him anyway...

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.
