I was wondering when the date is for picking up players to play in the playoffs. I know there is a cut off date hope someone can help me out

Well i'm in Australia and for all my players it says

For this player to be eligible to play in the playoffs with another team, he must be placed on the transfer list before 8/20/2009 11:00:00 PM.
