Hi,
I am in a V league and have a lvl 3 trainer with fitness specialty. I would like to purchase a lvl 4 trainer but I have not seen any benefit to fitness from the trainer, in fact I am not sure what fitness does. Does fitness specialty affect all the players on your team or only that are being trained and in what way. Thanks

Thank you - but all players or just those being trained ? From my experience I have had 2 players (not being trained) drop in stamina for no apparent reason so I guess I answered my own question - it only affects those players being trained. Thanks

nope. it affects all your players... stamina levels for players drop randomly. with a fitness trainer the drops occure less often, it doesnt mean it never happens... your drops were just a coincidence...

Hi,
Thanks for your reply - does that mean they go up randomly too - or is there a way to increase stamina ? by playing more - by playing less ??

Stamina is decreased by playing, normally by how many minutes your player plays.

The only way to increase your stamina is by training it.

Edit: What I say above is based on my experience with my players, as my starters tend to drop in stamina more quickly than my subs.

in the first week of the stamina drop, player who play less 24 for minutes drops heavily in the stamina - but the BB changed this system after one or two weeks - but i think some players still remember this.
