Guys,

Since the new enthusiasm/HCA rules were introduced, did the max enthusiasm level decrease?

It used to get up to 11, now it does not seem to do that anymore... It seems to ceil off at about 9.

Anyone has similar experiences?

I've never been able to get it above 9 at matchday without being in the cup. Usually the enthusiasm goes to 12 right after the game and drops back to 9 at gameday.
But it certainly still goes up to 12 after the game engine update.

Maybe you can try it with the england NT, since NTs are able to keep a higher enthusiasm level.
