I read at BB Eesti, that form is calculated in the result of two past weeks. Is it true? And if it is, is there a chance, that you can get proficient game shape, with one week 130 min and next week 0 min? Help, please.

not the way you understand it, it is a function during the GS at the training update and the minutes in this week.

55-60minuts are the best, but even a few minutes more(or less) are still ok

Players who do not play much each week tend to lose focus and their Game Shape will be sloppy. Players who play too much in a week will get tired and their Game Shape will also be low-quality. These changes are gradual, and will build up over a few weeks' time.

From the rules. And it will hurt a lot when you let a player play 130 minutes or 0 minutes, if you try to get them around 60 the effect will be the best.

i can not explain it better then the linked picture, depending on the minutes you play and a random factor your game shape stays/increase/raise, 55-60 minutes seems to be the best for the game shape of the player.

But when I played my player 80 min last week. Will I know have to aim somewhere about 40 min or still 55-60?

55-60 should still be best. As I understand it, the impact of the previous week has to do with your player's current game shape (which clearly affects what game shape you end up with after an increase or a decrease).

If the system is a bit like in Hattrick, then we've got 2 factors influencing game shape.

1) "The background shape" which could be affected by the long term, thus a few weeks ago untill now, since the rules state the gameshape is truly calculation over a few weeks of time.

2) "The standard game shape" which only seems to be affected by the current week.

Those two make the new gameshape.

Just as in HT where your real gameshape might change depending on a change in the background shape (up or down).

Maybe the comparison with HT isn't that good in this case, but that might clarify some of the randomness in game shape calculations.

i would say no, depending on my experience and the sheet for the first gs update in the season ;)

I have some player who have good minutes around several weeks, who didn't raise for some weeks people who had bad minutes and instantly get back in shape in the next week. I even get the opposite both i don't see a coincidence for the importance of the last last weeks, because people with "bad" minutes behave like players who stays with good minutes at bad shape in the coming weeks.
