Does anyone know if the draft lists are up for Australia?

I had originally thought that it was a IE8 problem that I couldn't load the page but I haven't been able to load a page using firefox either. Before I report it as a bug I want to make sure the lists are actually up.

If you are using the new site the link hasn't appeared, I logged this in the bugs forum. The old site has the link, I think the lists were up around lunch time.
