First of all, I'm sorry if this topic has already been discussed.
I know for a fact that FT, GS and Stamina training efficiency doesn't depend on the trainer level. But I think I've also read that it doesn't depend on the weekly minutes played as well, so that, for example, a player who's played 48 minutes will receive as much training as a player who didn't even see the court in a given week.
Is that correct?

A related question, and another apology in case this has been discussed elsewhere. I see on the post-season schedule that there is a game shape reset. Is stamina also reset before the new season or is it a good idea to spend the off-season rebuilding stamina?

Only game shape is reseted in the offseason, the stamina ratings stay the same.
Since there are less games in the off season to gain training minutes, it's actually a good idea to train free throws or stamina.

Personally i prefer FT, but both of them are useful.
