Just a quick question about training. Is there a reason why I should train, say rebounding with just my PF/C and not the team? Just wondering if the PF/C option gives more time to them than if you do the whole team.

Also, is there a link so I know what will improve with the following training?

game shape
pressure
one on one

this thread should answer nearly all of your questions.

Two position training is faster then team training, for the position you train. So you could concentrate your training on the 4-5 players who play there in your team instead of training the whole team.
