what is the best defense against Run and Gun?? 3-2 or 1-3-1 ?? what is the difference between those two tactics?

1-3-1 is extremer then 3-2, and have even better outside defence but also a bigger handicap in inside defence and Rebounding.

So i won't go for 1-3-1 if the opponent has the better rebounders, or when he is still have a solid inside attack.
