Hi
My oppounnet is always use 3-2 defense which is great for me because I use Low Post.. so my question is do you think I better use Look Inside?? I never understand the pace idea in tactics...

I find the biggest difference between Low Post and Look Inside is that with LP your offense will be a little less efficient but your defense will play better and with LI vice versa

But they do because they change the pace. The slower the pace the more rested your players and thus the better they play on defense.

I think it has more to do with TOs.
The faster the pace, the more balls you will turnover, so your opponent will have more possessions and possibily more easy shots. But this is just a guess.

Your opponent will benefit in rebounding if he uses a 3-2 and has decent rebounders. The 3-2 creates a boost for your small forward, because the strategy puts him in the right court position. He drops into the key to collect the rebound after being outside defender.
