Does records set in Relegation or Play Off matches not count in Best Performances (Supporter Feature) and player history? I find it strange since even scrimmages count...

They should. It some times takes a couple of days for individual players "best performances" records to be updated. I don't know why, only know it does because I've asked the question before ;)
