Question:For now if we still put money in for scouting will it count for next season draft list? Or the scouting only effective after season starts?

if in that case if im you i will most likely drag those lousy drafts to the lowest area and leave those blank ones randomly at the top..since there isnt any good 5 stars for you..can just try ur luck.
