I don't know if something can be done about it next season but this All Star Week seems to have really screwed with my minutes played for the week and hence effected my player training for the week.

Generally i'll play a game on Saturday, a game on Tuesday and a scrimmage on Thursday (and fix up any minutes for players who might not have played that much).

All Star week i play on Saturday and then there's nothing until a scrimmage on Friday but by Friday it's too late, the trainings have already been calculated and most of my team is around the mediocore rating instead of strong, proficient etc like i can usually get them to.

Now i realise there is a Cup game on Tuesday still but as far as i know you can only get into a Cup at the start of the season and i joined up to BuzzerBeater a few games in to the season so i don't have that option until next season now and so that doesn't help me.

I love the All Star Weekend concept but i just don't want my player trainings to be negatively effected because of it.

exactly. The problem with the distribution of minutes in this All-star week is the same for all of us. It's a challenge.

But actually, not really all of us, since the people still in the Cup have the advantage of having 3 games.

So I proposed to the BB's to let the rest of the people that are not in the cup to have scrimmages on that tuesday. Let's hope they will decide to agree, for next season.

Anyway, Ill like to remind you guys of 2 things:
(1) Traning is different than Form (Practice this week). And "Practice this week" means FORM, and has nothign to do with training.

(2) This week things were kinda messed up because of the bugs on saturday, so the form of players will be reset.

Both training and weekly form rely on the minutes played per week though don't they?

yes.

FORM: between 30-35 and 75-80 minutes per week.

TRAINING: 48 or more minutes per week (in the training position).

Anyone else have an awful week of "practice this week"?

Looks like they made some adjustments, still was -8 for players that were in the supposed "sweet spot" of minutes noted above. Most of it was two players who were -3 and they played 52/58 minutes each. That's a first for me at least.

FORM (Practice this week) was messed up by the bugged games on saturday, and that's why they were partially reset now.

(There was a NEWS item about this a long time ago already)

I saw the news item, and saw that one of my players (who was -7 in form) was restored to a more reasonable -2. The two that were -3 in form while playing ideal minutes weren't. The only time I've seen a -2 was for players that did 90+ mins.

I'm starting to track form vs minutes, so am trying to find out if others had similar unprecedented gains/drops.
