Y'know, the one in games on the new site? Maybe you could make a page where you could access it when it is not a game. Also, maybe you could make people auto join a global room.

I agree that there could be a link for chat even when there's no game... but I dislike the idea of making joining a #Global chatroom an automatic thing... apart from having 1000 people in a chat room, I dislike being automatically pulled into chatroomsP
