Hi everybody. My name is Trex and i'm an Italian manager. I am in III.16 and i joint BB at the end of season 3. I've got a good experience, especially because i often talk with manager standing in Italian First division, so i know their tactics and their way to manage a team, and a National team. And also, i worked with Jordan Comazzi who guides South Africa NT, so I've understood how a NT like South Africa works in: Team Shape, player's convocation, how to use tactics, how to talk with users to explain what they can do.
Let's talk about my objectives:
-I want to discover potentially powerful players and help every team to train them. So users' team will have strong player and they can be used in U21 NT.
-Create a speech for every match, so everybody can tell his point of view for the next match. So everybody can try to create his own strategy.
-Try to create a team which can use every tactic and which can do a good work against every kind of attacking tactic.
-Try to create good players to make major NT stronger.
-Good position in Africa Cup.
-Good matches in World Cup.
My work
-Discover young player and give advices to users who are training players.
-Study every match, and try to make a "surprise" to the opponent.
-Talk with Jordan Comazzi so we can help each other.

-Talk into the forum and give me your opinions.
-Train players.
I'm a good Jordan's friend. So we can talk in every moment. I can spend lot of time logged in, so I will look everyday in Forum and I can study every single match very well.
