Top 5 of Asian in two seasons??

Well I think that is too much for a National team that have to start almost from nothing, because the last U-21 national team coach didn't make a good job improving the Việt Nam U-21 national team, so i think you are exaggerating in your goals or underestimating the adversaries of Việt Nam.

It is about time that the Vietnamese U-21 team stops sucking. If you guys haven't been paying attention, all National team Owners for Vietnam have barely even payed attention to the team because it is not even their country. At least I am Vietnamese-American and I care about this team. I will guarantee that I will actually get this team some wins and you guys will finally have an actual Vietnamese owner. Vote for me, the Worlds only retarded Asian!

I am kingi44 announcing my candidacy for the Head Coach position for (Việt Nam U-21 national team). My experience, though slight, is in building. I do not promise miracles. I promise to at least make the (Việt Nam U-21 national team) Selection COMPETITIVE.

Here is what I will do:
(Việt Nam U-21 national team) will begin an ambitious schedule of Scrimmages to prepare for the Tournament.

scouting: i will scout every player in every league in Việt Nam, to find the best players in the country.
i will search for players from Việt Nam that play in foreign leagues, it's very possible that we're missin some hidden gems abroad.

the best players will make the Việt Nam NT List, and among them, the roster will be selected from time to time, based on condition, training and strategy.

training: i will work with every owner of a player who's in the Azərbaycan NT List or a select a new players and discuss training schedules for every player, in order to improve their strenght and hide their liabilities.

Can you explain what the Azərbaycan NT List have to do with Việt Nam U-21 national team??

ok guys stop! it is not time to "fight" ... vietnam team u21 has only 4 players ... the real "coach" will not be the one who will get by votes ... will be the one who will LOSE but he will still help the coach for this u21 national team ... i am ready to help that team ... if i will be the coach or not! i will not fight if it will be to top 5 or sth else ... i will fight to do the best ... do you agree with me?

Đội tuyển U21 Việt Nam chỉ có 4 người chơi ... các "huấn luyện viên thực sự" không sẽ là một trong những người sẽ nhận được phiếu ... sẽ là một trong những người BỊ sẽ nhưng anh vẫn sẽ giúp huấn luyện viên cho đội tuyển quốc gia U21 ... i am sẵn sàng giúp cho đội ... nếu tôi sẽ là huấn luyện viên hay không! i sẽ không đấu tranh, nếu nó sẽ được vào top 5 hay sth else ... i sẽ chiến đấu để làm tốt nhất ... làm bạn đồng ý với tôi?

Best of all, I appear to under-21s to Vietnam. I bring my experience in the game and my knowledge to do it bigger buzzerbeater Vietnam.

If a country wants to grow, we must begin from below. So myself asesorare players from 18 to 21 years. Anyone who wants to create future stars can be found.

I created 2 stars sub 21, a Spanish international and American International. Two great players, very powerful for how clever.

I like the selection manager committed to making the team bigger.

You can discuss any question of the game. That if, realistically that Vietnam is currently not in the elite buzzerbeater.
