I was thinking, that in BB players don't have ''character'' or ''personality''. They are just ROBOTS who play three games per week.
Examples? A foreigner superstar has lost his first lineup place because of a young promising talent. Won't he react? If I were him I'd have complained. In BB that never happens. 2nd example: There are too many Centers in a team and the most talented of them is forced to play an SF role because nobody of the others can play this position. Won't he react? 3rd example:All the players of the team are Greeks* and a Chinesee guy has come as a transfer. Will they have that good chemistry with that player? I don't think so...
Suggestions? Each player could have a motivation status. The more he plays the better this status is. It can work as Game Shape, with minutes. There will be probably 5 levels (the first the better):Very Happy, Happy, Normal, Unhappy, Angry. The better the player's motivation, the better he reaches his top performance (combined with game shape).
Also, each team should have a chemistry status. The chemistry shows the good teamwork between players. If two players are from the same country they have better chemistry. Also if the are playing together for many seasons. So, let's say a team sells all their players and buy new ones. The first season the won't have so much chemistery. The second season the will be normal and the third season everybody will know the gameplay of the others so they will be the perfect team. The team chemistry status could be shown at the team overview. There can be probably be five levels (the first the better): Very Good, Good, Normal, Bad, Terrible.
I know this wants a lot of time to be completed but will elevate the game and make it more realistic. What do you think?
*I say Greeks because as you can see I am from Greece. I would suggest the chemistry of the Greeks with other countries player would be better because of the GREEK FILOXENIA but this would be unfair for the other countries.
