When i'm looking for a new player for my time i troll the Trasfer List pretty regularly.
When my selection criteria is fairly broad, there can be quite a few pages to go through. Instead of just the Next Page, Last Page stuff it would be a hell of a lot easier to have numbered page links so if i'm searching the same criteria again say 12 hours later, i don't have to click 'Next Page' 20 times just to get to the point where new players are listed. I would then just have to click on the page 10 link or whatever the case may be.
