Thank you everyone for the great support for voting for me and congratulations to the other candidates, especially Dwade for ending second.

As i have stated on the forums already, our U21 team is in a very poor state, we get every season a few good drafts in our leagues, but the most off these players arent being trained. I hope you dont all expect miracles from me, but I will try and set up a program with the help from the english community, so that more players get trained and so that in a 2 or 3 seasons time, we are back where we belong in the world rankings.

A couple off coaches have picked up some great prospects, like myself and I do hope that in 2-3 seasons time, we will enjoy the fruits of their training.

I will set up an offline chat channel on which we could every saturday evening when our matches are being played, discuss the upcomming U21 and NT games and have a banter in general.

Furthermore, I will look into how the Buzzerbeater stats website works and set up a forum on there too.

Also, in case you are reading this and are a supporter, please be so kind and join "the new real england federation". A place where we will also discuss matters that relate to the NT and U21 england teams, but also where you can chat about anything else Basketball and none Basketball related.

Last but not least, if you have a player that we have in some way missed out in our scouting, please send me your players details and let me know what your current training plan is and I will check whether he is good enough to be in the U21 team...

Omce again, thanks alot for all your support and lets try and change the downwards spiral the U21 team is currently in and look to a bright future...

Congratulations and good luck for you and your team. I think youu'll do th job well. If you need something, count on me to help you.

PS: I just got pissed of by knowing that someone who almost didn't post in the forums, had more votes than me, and almost won the elections. This is sad

He got 9 votes, if he's popular in his own league he could get 9 votes.

Yes, I know. Thta's the problem of having a small comunity. Everyone who has a lot of friends can win the elections.
