When does a player's experience increase? Does it depend on games played or minutes played (or anything else)? Because I've had players with me for one full season and their exp is still atrocious!

I'm not sure but I think that experience increases when a player plays a certain numbers of match and I think that Cup's matches increases much than championship's matches...Minutes played affects obviously... I'm sorry for my language but I'm italian and I hope you'll understand.

don't worry. experience doesn't count that much at the moment!

Really? If you're down by one point and you have the last possession, doesn't a guy with more experience have a better chance at scoring the winning basket?

It actually does count somewhat significantly.

I believe experience gains are based on minutes played, with Cup, Playoff, and NT/U21 minutes counting more.
