I noticed my FS hasn't updated since 9/13. Is this a bug or due to a delay to account for merchandising updates as noted in the news?

FS only update every 3-4 days, so you should get a update in the next update.

Not to be too disagreeable, but since the FS inception, it has updated in the hours following completed games.

The help pages say it updates 3 times a week. What I am experiencing now is an anomaly compared to past experience.

Usually is updated a few hours later the last competitive game. I'm having the same issues as you, probably related to "extra" income from merchandising for teams who played away in saturday's last game.

Actually, it's usually updated slightly after midnight, server time, on the days with competitive games. Not having it updated by now (and it still isn't, at least in Bulgaria) is most definitely out of the ordinary.

Mine (the Netherlands) was updated to 9/16 before 8pm.
