Hey.

My players are really struggling on the game shape side of things, and i need to get em ready for the playoffs. So:

- What is the optimum amount of time played in a week for the game shape to rise (48 mins?)

- What number of minutes a week is too excessive?

I train jump shot SG/PG if that makes any difference at all . thanks :)

training makes no diffrence, nuless you train form.

48 minutes is ideal, but hard to get players exactly 48 minutes.
Let's say anything in between 45 and 55 minutes is prety good!

If they play over 90 minutes, that is very bad!

hope this helps.

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.

the ideal time is 40-70. I follow this and in 14 players i have 2 respectable in game shape and all the others are strong or better

Personally, I shoot for 60-70 on my starters. I find there to be a massive difference between a player in respectable GS and a player in proficient GS.
