Managers should be good assuming all the info about changes they need is including in the news. For what the news are there if not for this?

In addition, it would be great if sections of game manual would have date of last editing included for above mentioned reasons.

Why thinks like this weren't in news?!
Finally, fans from around the league tend to notice the league leaders, particularly in important categories such as points, rebounds, and assists but to some extent in all categories. If your team has players among the league leaders, you will see a bump in jersey sales from fans of other teams in your league, with an additional bump for the most eye-popping numbers in your country or in all of BuzzerBeater.

I think your suggestion for a last edited date in the rules is a good one.

However, the part you're quoting there was specifically noted in the US English "Welcome to Season 10!" post:

As announced previously, teams with great players will sell more merchandise. More fans want to wear the jerseys of players who are amongst their league, division, country, or even world leaders. Further, fans prefer wearing the jerseys of players who grew up close to home; domestic players sell more merchandise than foreign players, and fans get particularly excited if they can watch one of your own draft picks lead your team to prominence. On the other hand, fans have seen too many high-priced players who can't deliver when it matters. It's performance that matters, not salary.

Maybe it got lost in the Czech translation, I don't know.

FYI - i play in English. And no, this is not the same. Top scorers, rebounders and assisters are not "performance matters". MPG takes role in this case. They are other ways how to measure performance. Ratings for example. Such an announcement should be in news not hidden in the rules.

Overall BBs should have better wording, for easier translation for LAs too (the simplier original the less is lost in translation, this is not lyric literature).
