There seems to be a pecking order for Offensive Tactics. I seem to notice alot of upsets by teams playing Look Inside or Run & Gun, where's Princeton is hardly ever played with success & Motion gets upset more times than not.
So my question. Is there Offensive ratings assigned to each offense or are all the Offenses the same & it's just how well your players play at that system or how well you out guess your opponent?
Thanks,

you have to also look at what defensive tactic the opponent is playing. There are certain defenses that are effective against certain offenses and vice versa. The trick is, you wont know 100% sure what your opponent is going to choose. I cant give specific exampls because I'm kinda new to this so I wouldnt trust my judgement but I think that a 1-3-1 zone is effective against a run and gun but not completely sure. Then your player's ratings come into affect. If there's a centre with atrocious inside def, then a 2-3 zone would become limited. I'm pretty sure about this.

I understand the Offense & Defense match ups. My question is more geared towards what rating if any is associated to what Offense, if any.
Thanks for the response though.

Well there is not a magic system to play. Its all about where u r team is strong and the opponents weak D. For example i got my country championship using 3 different tactics. I am trying to built a balanced team, and now i can play anything but when i started i used to have some some good shooting F's so my main tactic was motion. Next season i started training big men so i switched it to Look Inside.
