Gators Expect Season Better Than Last

After having the best season yet last season The Louisiana Gators formerly the Ragin Cajuns, are expecting to have a monster season with 6 new players on the roster. "Out of all the new players im expecting the best performances by Thomas Raveau a SG from France," said Coach Montel of the Gators. Last season was the best season ever even including when they had a different manager and was under the name of The Knolton Heights Garage. Last season's reocrd was 17-5, this year we hope its 21-1. This season's roster is more experienced than last and i expect to get on a mean streak from now on.

Star Player On The Transfer List

Just Today Coach Montel has made a huge decision to put star point guard Ibrahim Manila up for sale. "Its getting close to time for me to retire and i wanted to go somewhere else to end my career." Manila's Jersey has already retired and is in the Hall of Fame. " I really love this team. The players, the coaches, and mostly the fans but my time has come and its time to move on." I really hate this decision but for a better team means change and for change to happen means new players and a new style of play." Manila has been put on the Transfer List as of today and is packing up his things. He will not play in the game this Tuesday against the Schrodas Shootas. His last game with the Louisiana Gators was played Saturday. This Tuesday will be two new players on the roster playing at PG. Lets just see how they turn out...There will never be another Manila.

Gator Cup Run Over

Last night the Gators Cup run came to an end last night agaisnt Bautosai also a IV. league team. The Gators trailed most of the game testing out a new tactic they never used before. In last 2 minutes the Gators came within 2 points of taking the lead but was easily taken out of reach by their SF and SG taking a 3 to push it out of reach. "We played well tonight just a mistake made by me for trying those tactics against a team thats better than mine," said Coach Montel.

Final Score

Louisiana Gators 56
Bautosai 67

Gators Run Over NJWWE

Tonight the fans packed into Louisiana Arena for this game against njwwe. The fans were anxious to see the Gators again in action for their first game since the All-Star break. The fans were expecting a blowout and a blowout is what they got. The team dominated the whole second half holding them to only 2 points in the 3rd quarter while the Gators put up 21 points." I can tell we are getting better each game. Playoff hopes are really a question. "We are looking at possibly facing the Schrodas Shootas in the playoffs and i kno we are pretty evenly matched , said Coach Montel " We will see in maybe season 12 about us having that good luck and getting us a 10k+ plus salary player on our team and then see about having a playoff run," said Coach Montel. The Gators won their game tonight here in Louisiana Arena 84-41.

Big Game Tommorrow Against Schrodas Shootas

The Louisiana Gators face yet another tough opponent tommorrow in their league game against Schrodas Shootas. Compared to last season this team seems to have made a big improvement from being a 5th seeded team to a 1st seeded team and only their second season in IV.19. "I just really hope we can go out their and play really hard and come out with the win," said Lino Zuniga the Gators Star PF. "This game will really be tough but if we put our minds to it we can do it," said Coach Montel.

Gators Pull Off Upset

The Louisiana Gators were hungry and a meal is what they found in the Schrodas Shootas. The Louisiana Gators lead the whole game consistently shooting from the outside. The young SG was the ring leader scoring 26 points on the night one of his best performances of his career. " I just went out there wanting to prove just because im 19 doesnt mean i cant lead the team," said Pržemeneckas. The Gators are now 15-4 still working on being the best season yet. "Im really proud of these kids," said Coach Montel.
