Just wondering if anyone knows if there is anything built into the game (besides the fan survey) that rewards a team that has low turnover of their players? In other words do you gain any advantage by only training your draftees and by not going after a bunch of players on the transfer list?

If you transfer too many players off your team it starts to hurt your fan satisfaction which hurts gate receipts and merchandise sales. I don't think it has an on court effect, but I don't know a lot about this game.

Your right in what your saying, the only downside side is a loss in Merchandise Sales. I think it would be a good idea to have an effect on team play, to help curb Day Trading, but I'm sure someone has already came up with that idea & had it shot down before.

The advantage of only training trainees is, if there potential is high enough you will get quailty players, if you draft right, for an even price based on scounting through the whole season, beware I joined this game after the season finished & before the draft & the draft was terrible & I'm in the same Division as you for England.
Look on the transfer market daily & sometimes you find quailty players for a cheap price. I found it's best to look on game days as most people are playing there games & watching them & not looking how there bids are doing.
Hope this helps.
