Sorry if it came up already, but I couldn't find it anywere. Does it make a significant difference for a coach to have speciality ? As far as I'm aware there are two fitness and career extension. Correct me if I'm wrong but logicly coach with fitness speciality might help with stamina and the one with career extension maybe helps players train for longer. But is it actually worth paying more for a coach with speciality ? Or he won't make a big difference if for example i'm traininng inside scoring ?

From what I understood the specialty only makes a difference in those particular areas, minimizing the stamina drops and postponing the decline of older players. I don't think it makes regular training more efficient

I have fitness coach, it helped me to experience very few drops on stamina . Actually all my staff, have specialty PR, with national appeal (i am last seasons champion so i need more help on there opponents arena). My doc with massage, and once that my guards, where very few,it helped me a lot to keep them on a good game shape, while playing heavy minutes
