I think there should be a way to have the other people who lost the NT voting to be able to coach the teams that didn't have a voting at least for a season. For me, I would love to be a NT coach( I don't even care what team I get). I just didn't know when the voting/debate started to become one. I see a few teams that need one(both for NT and U-21 teams).
