I have been having issues on the new site with the match viewer. I start the viewer and within a couple of minutes it stalls. If I hit the reload button it backs up a minute or so then stalls at the same place. In order to watch more of the match I have to close the browser window or tab and log back in. Then the viewer will stall again in a couple of minutes.

I had this problem with IE7 so I upgraded to IE8 and I still have the same problem, I am now using version 8.0.6001.18813
I updated to the newest version of flash, version 9.0.115.0
I have cleared out my cache and cookies.
I am using new.buzzerbeater.org

After all of this I still have the problem with the match viewer.

Does anybody have any other ideas as to how I can fix the problem? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

The newest flash player is what you want. It's 10.0.32.18. But that's not guaranteed to fix things.

The issue here is being talked about in (110927.1). Best to continue the discussion there.

Edit: BTW, good that you noted that you're using new.buzzerbeater.org... you may be on to something. Maybe.
