Hi, I would love you to take a look at my team. Yes I am doing well so far but I really need some good advice on who to train and what I should spend my money on.

Having had a quick look at your roster you seem to have a number of decent Cs but really only Caudill and Marsilli is anywhere near decent training age for Cs. Without knowing their ratings its hard to know exactly how good they are. You also could go the other way and train guards as Duirko looks like a decent trainee at 18 years of age and you have a number of young guards which you can focus on.
Again its a bit hard to advise without knowing the individual skills of the players.
Also, your roster is too big. You should cut it down to 13 players or so. This will save you salary expenses and there is no way you can possibly give decent minutes to 17 players for training purposes.
I'm not going to claim to be an expert as I've only been playing for a little more than a season but if you need help, feel free to give me a shout and I'll help as much as I can

Well if Oliver Ðuričko has some skill I hope you are training him. He looks like a good Shooter, try training One on One solely on him and maybe another guy.
Ignore of your players with less than $4000 salary and then reassess your team and what position you need to fill.
Assign jersey numbers now, it makes setting up your lineup a lot easier. The ability to assign jersey numbers is a supporter feature that you only have for a short amount of team as a taste (to encourage you to pay later)

Yes I am a supporter and it is well worth it. I was training the bigs the first few weeks but Caudill is only a 6'4" C and that scares me. Now I am training four of my guards, Oliver Ðuričko, Valio Tammela, Nigel Easton and Daan Vanmassenhoven - well actually 5 guards as I have to play Frankie Goolagong as he is my best player even though I don't think training him is worth much. I have read that it is good to train 2-3 weeks on a skill then rotate as the players become "bored" with the same skill all the time. I have also read that during all star week it is a good time to train FTs or Stamina. Is this right? What level or trainer should I get? They get insanely expensive above level 4. Are the specialisations worth it? Thanks so much for all your advice guys, I really appreciate it. I look at Oliver with new respect now. :)

Level 4 trainer is good till u start getting richer. Training players till they pop in 1 skill then switching is a good way to go about it. 2 game weeks like the all star break can be be good for FT and Stamina as u say.

I disagree. One on one trains mainly driving and i think driving is particularly important for SG and their ability to create their own shots
