I have a question about salaries. Are salaries in any way dependent upon age? I have a suspicion that a younger player with the same skills as on older one might be getting paid more. I don't believe that this reflects the reality of professional sports at all. Young players are paid less with rookie contracts while established superstars are the ones that cash in when they sign new contracts. Also, does anyone else think that 3 players per draft is too many new players being put in the system each season? I think it should be two players per draft, and that getting a great rookie should be harder to do then it is now.

I am pretty sure age doesnt affect salary. But sublevels do. Your player may have high sub levels:-) Also note that salary is only updated once every season.

I think 3 players per draft is fine how it is. Theres a lot of bad players mixed among those great rookies in the draft
